Skills evolve and it was time for me to find a content management solution for my website. I discovered static site generators like Hugo as an alternative for CMSs like WordPress.
Design-wise I pursued a minimalistic, clean look and wanted the site’s structure to support the presentation of my projects - for isn’t that the purpose of a portfolio in the first place.
As a result I have a well-constructed website that is easy to maintain and update.
